Founded in 1993, Jalalabad State University is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the urban setting of the large town of Jalalabat (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), Jalal-Abad. Jalalabad State Medical University library is containing more than 32,178 Medical Books, different sections and separated seating arrangements are the special things of this library. It has been cared and managed by the respective faculties. Jalalabad State University library has facilities like video lectures by professors of the university as well as other video tutors who are famous in medical studies.
Jalalabad State University students can access these video lectures with the help of the Internet, they can use this facility from anywhere because they own their student user id and password. The library is under CCTV surveillance 24 hrs a day and there is another library in a hostel for students to get a peaceful situation for studies and it keeps environment-friendly.
Hostel

Jalalabad State Medical University has Separated hostel for both boys and girls students, this Hostel is situated near to the campus. This hostel provides good ventilated rooms and well accommodate bedding arrangement, here laundry is available, room heater availability and also with the water heater too. There is an Indian mess also available for Indian students, Indian mess facility with Veg and non-veg foods availability. Here Indian students are allowed to celebrate their main festival such as Holi, Diwali, Pongal, ect..
New hostel of this university has some more facilities like attached restroom and comfortable accommodation facilities. These hostels are situated in walking distance of 10 minutes from the university, here they following strict rules like avoid boys and girls enter each other’s room. Here Security cameras are installed all over the hostel rooms for the student’s safety. In this hostel have attached with library and also it has a special emergency button is installed for the safety of students.

Jalalabad State Medical University is one of the best colleges in Kyrgyzstan, it provides all kind of facilities for the students.
