 Founded in 2013,New Vision University is  a non-profit private higher education institution located in the urban setting of the large city of Tbilisi (population range of 1,000,000-5,000,000 inhabitants). Officially accredited and/or recognized by the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of Georgia, New Vision University (NVU) is a small (uniRank enrollment range: 2,000-2,999 students) coeducational higher education institution. New Vision University (NVU) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees, master degrees, doctorate degrees in several areas of study. This 7 years old higher-education institution has a selective admission policy based on entrance examinations and students' past academic record and grades. Within the framework of a joint project of non-governmental organization "Civic Education and Social Equality Center" (CESEC) and American organizations (including Friends of the Clinton Library, Blount County Public Library; Blount County Sister City Program; The City of Alcoa Municipal Government) numerous books of American citizens, private and governmental organizations and various publishing houses were assembled and added to the library collection.
